In spring, about 260 cherry trees, including Someiyoshino varieties will bloom. With stone walls creating a historical landscape, this is a favorite spot for people to relax.
Jinpūkaku, which is registered as one of the Important Cultural Properties of Japan, is located in Hisamatsu Park, the ruins of Tottori Castle. It features a beautiful exterior in the French Renaissance style.

Tottori Sand Dunes

The Tottori Sand Dunes are coastal sand dunes stretching 16 km east to west and 2.4 km north to south. They have been selected as a national natural monument and one of the 100 best geological features in Japan, and are popular as one of Tottori's representative tourist spots. The dunes are a popular sightseeing spot , and you will never get tired of seeing them, as they take on a different appearance depending on the season and time of day. There are also a variety of fun activities, such as paragliding and riding sandboard that slides down a steep slope at breakneck speed.

Mizuki Shigeru Museum

The Mizuki Shigeru Museum is a facility that exhibits murals, and yokai (Japanese spirit) figures by the manga artist Mizuki Shigeru. He is a famous author of "GeGeGe no Kitaro. The museum was built as compilation of Mizuki World in Mizuki Shigeru Road where is in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture by him. The museum's collection contains approximately 700 items. With powerful yokai objects, an exhibition of Mizuki Shigeru's collection of masks and ornaments, and also a space that recreates his workplace, this is a must-visit spot for fans of Mizuki Shigeru.

Daisen, at 1,709 meters above sea level, is one of the highest mountains in the Chugoku region. The area at the foot of Mt. Daisen has been recognized as a Japan Heritage Site by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. The attraction of Daisen is its rich nature. Daisen, which is also designated as a wild bird sanctuary and natural forest reserve, has established a special protection zone to preserve the precious nature, very special to the point that even taking a single stone home with you is strictly regulated.
